Helen Graham
Helen E. Graham, 85, of Grove, Okla., died Wednesday, May 19, at Grove Nursing Center.
She was born April 23, 1908, at Bentonville to Mr. and Mrs. Claude Strode. She moved in 1930 to Grove, where she and her husband operated a grocery, chicken, egg and restaurant business. She was a member of First United Methodist Church of Grove.
Her husband, Raymond Y. Graham, died in 1963; a daughter, Bennie E. Cooper, died in 1983; and she was also preceded in death by her parents and two brothers, Frank and Herb Strode.
Survivors are two daughters, Jo Alice Wallace of Miami, Okla., and Susie Nichols of Grove; two sisters, Florence Felker of Rogers, and Elizabeth Lindley of Springdale; seven grandchildren; and 12 great-grandchildren.
Graveside service is set for 11 a.m. today at Bluff Cemetery, Springdale, with the Rev. Bob Pixley officiating under direction Worley-Luginbuel Funeral Home, Grove. Memorials may be made to charity of choice.
