SPRINGDALE — Debbie Ann Hoffarth, 46, of Springdale passed away Sunday, June 15, 2008, at Springdale. She was born Oct. 12, 1961, in Wichita, Kan., the daughter of Herbert and Juanita Sikes Apon.
Debbie married David Hoffarth on July 31, 1981. She has been employed by Harp's Foods for 21 years. Debbie was a devoted wife and loving mother. She loved rodeos, barrel racing and was an avid Arkansas Razorback baseball fan.
She was preceded in death by her father, Herbert Apon.
She is survived by her husband, David Hoffarth of the home; one daughter, Jessica Mae Hoffarth of the home; six brothers, Lynn Apon of Springdale, Gary Apon and wife Debby of Springdale, Dennis Apon and wife Paula of Springdale, Jeff Apon of Tulsa, Okla., Jackie Hoffarth and wife Becky of Vian, Okla., Tim Hoffarth of Fayetteville; one sister and her husband, Michelle Lowery and Jack of Springdale; five nephews; seven nieces; six great-nephews and four great-nieces.
Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. Thursday, June 19, 2008, at the Revival Tabernacle Church in Springdale
with Mr. Jim Eden and the Rev. Paul Eden officiating. Burial will follow in Wilson Cemetery in Springdale.
Visitation will be from 5 to 9 p.m. today, June 18, at Nelson-Berna Funeral Home in Fayetteville, online at www.nelsonberna.com. The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m.
