MRS. JEWEL GABBARD
Mrs. Jewel D. Gabbard, 61, Rt. 1, Rogers, died Feb. 7 in Rogers Memorial Hospital. Born Jan. 13, 1914, at Springdale, she was the daughter of Charles Clark and Ruth Ann Bowerman Spirgen and a member of the Baptist Church. Her father preceded her in death by 12 hours.
Survivors include her husband, Sam Gabbard of the home; one son, Sherman Clark Gabbard, Seligman, Mo.; five daughters, Mrs, Rosa Lee Ford and Mrs. Barbara Sue Wilson, Rogers, Mrs. Beulah Mae Schneider, Fort Worth, Tex., Mrs. Betty Lou Crabtree, Anderson, Mo., and Mrs. Annabelle Dickey, Fort Smith; her mother of Rogers; one brother, Walter Spirgen, Rogers; one sister, Mrs. Beulah Sherry, Rogers; and 15 grandchildren.
Funeral services will be Monday at 2 p.m. in Callison Chapel, Rogers, with the Rev. Arthur Lee Galloway officiating. Burial will be in Wi1son Cemetery under the driection of Callison.
