AUDIE EDWARD EAGLE
Audie Edward Eagle, 53, Springdale, died Feb. 23 in a Fayetteville hospital. Born Oct. 19, 1923, at Tahlequah, Okla., he was the son of Tom and Goldie Eagle.
Survivors include his wife, Mrs. Mary Eagle of the home; five sons, Freddie Ray Eagle of Van Buren, Johnny Eagle, Jerry Eagle, Stanley Eagle and Roger Eagle of Springdale; three daughters, Mrs. Shirley Smoke of Claremore, Okla., Mrs. Nancy Greg of Springdale and Debbie Eagle of the home; his parents of Springdale; three brothers, J.C. Eagle of Berryville, Floyd Eagle of Springdale and Billy Wayne Eagle of Arizona; four sisters, Mrs. Juanita Ullom and Mrs. Jimme Carol Mayo of Springdale, Mrs. Gene Powell of Duncan, Okla., and Mrs. Pauline Stacy whose address is unknown; and 10 grandchildren.
Services will be at 11 a.m. Monday in the chapel of Nelson Funeral Home, Fayetteville, with the Rev. Bob Batchelder officiating. Burial will be in Wilson Cemetery under the direction of Nelson.
