Theodore R. Cloer

LOWELL — Theodore Roosevelt (Rose) Cloer, 90, of Lowell died Jan. 30, 1996, at his home. He was born Feb. 8, 1905, at Spring Valley to John Henry and Isabelle Graham Cloer. He was a retired masonry worker and a member of International Order of Odd Fellows Lodge, the Beaver Lake Wildlife Club and was a Baptist. He was preceded in death by his wife, Claudia Cloer, in 1979; one sister; three brothers.

Survivors include two sons, Eugene Cloer and Ronnie Cloer, both of Lowell; two daughters, Rosita Jackson of Columbus, N.M., and Doris Cross of Franklin; one brother, Elisha Cloer of Springdale; two sisters, Amie Johnson and Gustie Reynolds, both of Springdale; 11 grandchildren; 25 great-grandchildren; eight great-great-grandchildren.

Services will be at 10 a.m. Saturday at Sisco Chapel of Springdale with the Rev. Paul Eden officiating. Burial will be in Wilson Cemetery.

The family will receive friends from 5 to 7 p.m. Friday at the funeral home.

Pallbearers will be Mike Cloer, Steven Lee, Jimmy Jackson, Mark Jackson, Raymond Jackson and Richard Jackson.

Honorary pallbearers will be Dean Birchfieid, Tony Evans and Pete Sigmon.

Memorials may be made to the International Order of Odd Fellows, c/o Tom Durham, 1305 Morlan Ave., Springdale, 72764.
