Joe Edward Sprinkles
Joe Edward Sprinkles, 88, Decatur, died Tuesday morning at a Siloam Springs nursing home. He was born July 22, 1886, at Seligman, Mo.
He was a retired farmer and spent most of his life in the Garfield area. He was a member of the Church of Christ.
He is survived by four daughters, Mrs. Roy Bowman, Toledo, Ore., Mrs. Geraldine Dickenson, Gait, Calif., and Mrs. John Spiker and Mrs. Pearl O'Dell, both of Los Angeles, Calif.; three sons, Warren Sprinkles, Decatur, Clifton Sprinkles, Toledo, Ore., and Floyd Summey, Chelalis, Wash.; one sister, Mrs. Ruth Bowen, Seligman, Mo.; 25 grandchildren and 20 great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held 2 p.m. Thursday at the Reddick Church near Garfield. Burial will be in Reddick Cemetery under the direction of Callison-McKinney of Bentonville.
