Samuel David Fleming 77 a resident of Prairie Grove, Arkansas, passed away January 7, 2010 at Washington Regional Medical Center in Fayetteville, Arkansas. He was born December 26, 1932 in Kings Mountain, North Carolina, the son of Wallace D. and Alpha Cudd Fleming.

He was preceded in death by nine brothers and sisters.

Survivors include his wife of 55 years, Shirley Fleming of the home; seven children: Denis Fleming and his wife, Mandy, of Prairie Grove, Arkansas; Danny Fleming and his wife, Melanie, of Tucson, Arizona; Terry Fleming and his wife, Carol, of Turlock, California; Troy Fleming and his wife, Leslie, of Charleston, Arkansas; Leanna deLaet and her husband, Keith of Phoenix, Arizona; Wendel Fleming and his wife, Young, of Los Angeles, California; and Crystal Fleming of Chattanooga, Tennessee; thirteen grandchildren and six great grandchildren; one sister, Jerlene Cecil of Spartanburg, South Carolina.

In lieu of flowers a memorial has been set at any Arvest Bank account #20648604.

Memorial service will be held Saturday, January 9, 2010 at 2:00 P.M. at the Abundant Life Church in Farmington, Arkansas with Cecil Sugg officiating. Burial was in Scott Cemetery near Prairie Grove, Arkansas.
