Milford Guthary
Milford Lee Guthary, 83, of Westville, Okla., died Friday, July 9, at his home.
He was born Jan. 24, 1910, at Robinson to Alfred Guthary and Olive Gallaher Guthary. He moved to California in 1934, and returned to Westville in 1967. He was a retired carpenter and a member of First United Methodist Church, Westville. He was preceded in death by two brothers, Hugh and Garland Guthary.
Survivors are his wife, Opal Guthary; three sons, Charles Guthary of the home, Shelby Guthary of Lakewood, Colo., and Barry Guthary of Cambridge, Mass.; a sister, Irene Neal of Robinson; three granddaughters; and two great-granddaughters.
Funeral is set for 10 a.m. today at First United Methodist Church, Westville, with the Rev. Mark Pfieler and the Rev. Bill Buttram officiating. Burial is to be in Yell Cemetery at Robinson under direction of Backstrom-Pyeztte Funeral Home, Siloam Springs.
