Friday, September 8, 1893
J.H. Hulsey, an old and esteemed citizen of this place, died Wednesday morning at 10:45 o'clock at his home a short distance North of the city. Funeral services were held yesterday afternoon at the M.E. Church and the remains were followed to their last resting place by a large concourse of relatives and friends. We endeavored to secure data for a more extended notice but were unable to get it. The News tenders sympathy to the bereaved family.
