Guy J. Talbott, 77, of Springdale died Saturday in a local hospital. Born Feb. 22, 1905 at Maynard, the son of John and Etta Johnson Talbott, he was a member of the Church of Christ.

Survivors include his wife, Mrs. Jane Talbott of the home; four sons, Robert, of Lewiston, Calif., John, of St. Louis, Mo., Guy of Duncan, Okla., and Dennis M. of Tontitown; four daughters, Mrs. Mary Jo Voehme of Slidell, La., Mrs. Patricia Buckley of Springdale, Mrs. Anita Brann of St. Charles, Mo. and Mrs. Connie Anderson of Fort Smith; two brothers, Harry of Pocahontas, and Robert of Bloomington, Ind.; three sisters, Mrs. Christine Stephens of San Antonio, Texas; Mrs. Hazel Hudson and Mrs. Lois Britten, both of Pontiac, Mich.; 32 grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.

Services were scheduled at 2 p m. today in the chapel of Nelson's Funeral Home with burial in Forest Park Cemetery.

Jane Nita Talbott, nee McCauley, age 96. of Orchard Farm, Missouri died Saturday, April 4, 2009 at her home. She was born on January 9, 1913 in Doniphan, Missouri to George Cortez and Irene Pearl Bell McCauley and was the wife of the late Guy Johnson Talbott. Ms. Talbot was a homemaker.

Beloved mother of Robert (Mary "Pat") Talbott, John (Jo) Talbott, Anita (Kenneth) Brann, Connie (Darrel) Anderson and the late Mary (Henry) Boehme, Patricia (Tom) Buckley, Guy Talbott and Dennis (Donna) Talbott; dear sister of the late Flava Broz, Edgar and Louie McCauley and Mary Brunkhart; much-loved grandmother of thirty-two grandchildren, fifty-nine great-grandchildren and six great-great-grandchildren and friend to many.

A memorial service of memory will be held at 2 p.m. Thursday, April 9, 2009 in the chapel at Alternative Funeral & Cremation Services, 2115 Parkway Drive, St. Peters, Missouri 63376. Friends may greet the family from 1-3 p.m. Thursday. Ms. Talbott is to be cremated.

Friends who wish to honor Jane's memory may contribute to American Diabetes Association or National Kidney Foundation in care of the funeral home.
