Debbie Townsend
PIERCE CITY, Mo. — Debbie Townsend, 42, of Pierce City died Feb. 19, 2002, at Springfield, Mo. She was born March 5, 1959, in Springdale to Jesse Hugh and Betty Jo Giffin Straight. She was a homemaker and a member of Oak Grove Baptist Church.
Survivors include her husband, Joe Townsend of the home; one daughter, Misty Townsend of the home; her mother of Rogers, one brother, Robert Straight of Tontitown, one sister, Connie Cheatham of Rogers.
Services will be at 2 p.m. Friday at Backstrom-Pyeatte Funeral Home in Springdale with the Rev. Louis Dewett officiating.
Burial will be in Forest Park Cemetery.
Visitation will be from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. today at the funeral home.
The family will be present from 6 to 8 p.m.
