*Obituary
Rogers Democrat

RICE, W.H. - W.H. Rice died yesterday evening at the home of his father south of Bentonville. Funeral services are being held today at Barnes cemetery. Deceased formerly ran a peanut and popcorn stand in Rogers and was well known in this section, the family being old residents. He was a nephew of ex-County Judge Williams. Mr. Rice's mind became affected several years ago over religious matters and he has spent most of the time since in hospitals in this state and in Washington. His wife and child are still at Prosser, Wash. The Odd Fellows of Rogers sent Mr. Rice to a sanitarium in South Carolina several months ago but they would not keep him and he returned home. Since that time he had been failing steadily.
