Judy Carol Sargent Taylor, 65, of Rogers passed away Feb. 6, 2011, in Rogers.
She was born July 18, 1945, in Fort Smith to Jim and Mary Sargent of Alma.

She graduated from Alma High School in 1963 and attended Draughans Business College in Tulsa. She moved to Rogers in 1976 when she married her husband of 34 years, Jim J. Taylor. She worked in the business field until she retired due to health problems in 1997. She was a volunteer at Northwest Medical Center in Springdale, where she served as auxiliary president in 2003. She was a member of Calvary Freewill Baptist Church in Springdale. She adored her children and grandchildren. They were her greatest accomplishments. She was preceded in death by her grandparents, Jim and Ada Sargent of Van Buren; and her mother Mary Sargent of Alma.

She is survived by her husband, Jim Taylor of Rogers; two daughters, Mary Ann Adams and her husband Chris of Springdale and Bobye and her husband former Sen. Jim Holt of Springdale; also by her most lovable grandchildren, Kaeleigh, Steffan and his wife Haley of Springdale, Kristian, Karessa, Kearah, Spencer, Samuel, Silas and Kharis Holt of Springdale and Paden Adams, also of Springdale; one step-granddaughter, Tiffany Laycock and family of Fayetteville; one sister, Pat Satterfield and her husband Clovis of Alma; two brothers, Harold Sargent and his wife Carol of Springdale, and Butch Sargent and his wife Judy of Alma; and several nieces and nephews whom she loved very much.

Funeral service was held on Friday at 11 a.m. at Calvary Freewill Baptist Church in Springdale.

Graveside service was held at Sarah Grove Cemetery in Uniontown at 2 p.m. Friday, February 11. Pastor Clark Snow and Bro. Jack Graham officiated the service.

Pallbearers were Kyle Satterfield, Richard Longmate, Justin Sargent, Will Sargent, David Wright, Jackie Bowen and Richie Stamper.

Honorary pallbearers were David Newton, Paul Banzhaf and Jack Graham.
