Lois Young Baskins, age 92, of White Hall, formerly of Adona, passed away Thursday, March 31, 2011. She was born July 1, 1918, in Adona, daughter of Will and Amanda Bennett Young. She was a Homemaker, devoted Wife, Mother, and Grandmother. She was a Christian and her Lord came for her on the afternoon of March 31. She last attended Faith Bible Baptist Church in Pine Bluff.
Survivors include son, Bill Baskins and wife Pamela of Humnoke; daughter, Sandy Crow of Pine Bluff; grandsons, Tony Croft and wife Ashley of White Hall, Brian Croft and wife Brandi of White Hall, Scott Baskins of Stuttgart, and Chris Baskins of Casco, Wisconsin; granddaughter, Sandra Dolphin of Pine Bluff; friend and family member, Susan Baskins of Pine Bluff; and two great-grandchildren, Adam Croft and Braden Croft.
She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband James Cleo Baskins, and two brothers Thelton Young and Edgar Young all of Adona.
Funeral Services will be 1:00 p.m. Monday, April 4, 2011 at Grace Baptist Church, of Adona, with Pastor John Taylor officiating. Burial will be at McGhee Cemetery by Harris Funeral Home of Morrilton. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the Church.
