Rogers, March 23 - (Special) - Mrs. Brilla Miller, 91, died early this morning at the home of her daughter, Mrs. Walter Skaggs, four miles north of Rogers as the result of a stroke. Mrs. Miller suffered a broken hip March 3 and was returned home from Washington County Hospital March 17.

Born January 30, 1860, near Spring Creek in Washington County, she was reared at Spring Creek and was married there March 30, 1880 to Sam Miller. She was a member of the Methodist Church at Avoca. For two consecutive years, Mr. and Mrs. Miller won honors at the Ozark Golden Wedding Jubilee in Rogers for having been married the longest period of time.

She is survived by her husband; two daughters, Mrs. Julia Trimble of Leenaah, Okla., and Mrs. Skaggs; three sons, Hugh Miller of Garfield, Jim of Busch, Ark., and Lawrence of Independence, Mo.; seven grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held Sunday at 3 p.m. in the chapel of the Burns Funeral Home by the Rev. Rel Gray, pastor of the First Baptist Church. Burial will be in Redduck cemetery near Garfield.
