Ray Lorence
Ray Lorence, 83, of Rogers, died Monday, Feb. 8, at Rogers.
He was born Dec. 16, 1909, at Esbon, Kan., to Anton Frank Lowrence and Delia Christine Moravek Lorence. A former resident of Shawnee, Kan., he was a resident of the Rogers area for 16 years. He was a farmer and was retired from the Gas Service Company in Shawnee. His wife, Margaret Lorence, died in 1992.
Survivors are two sons, Rex Lorence of Bentonville and Richard Lorence of Hollywood, Calif., three grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
Memorial service is set for 2 p.m. Saturday at Rollins Funeral Home Chapel, Rogers, with Robert Jackson oficiating. Memorials may be made to Hoback Senior Citizens Center, Route 4, Bentonville, 72712.

Margaret Lorence
Margaret Lorence, 81, of Rogers died Saturday, Oct. 17 at St. Mary's Hospital. She was born Nov. 20, 1910, in Burr Oak, Kan., to Frank and Alice Hill Terrill. She was a homemaker and had lived in this area since 1976, moving from Kansas.
She was preceded in death by a brother, James Terrill in 1984.
Survivors are her husband, Ray Lorence of the home; two sons, Rex Lorence of Bentonville and Richard Lorence of Hollywood, Calif.; a sister, Esther Michael of Salem, Ore.; three grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.
Funeral is set for Tuesday, Oct. 20 at 2 p.m. at the Oakely Chapel Methodist Church, Rogers with burial to follow in Ruddick Cemetery, Garfield. A visitation will be held Monday, Oct. 19 from 6-8 p.m. at Rollins Funeral Home, Rogers.
