Rogers -- Funeral services for John Omer Williams, 56, who died Thursday, will be held at 2 p.m. Monday in the Callison Funeral Chapel with burial in the Reddick Cemetery.
Survivors include his widow, Vesta of the home; one son, Harold Ray of Pea Ridge; one daughter, Mrs. Jack Latham of Rogers; two brothers, Virgil of San Bernardino, Calif., and Liss of Pea Ridge; a sister, Mrs. H.A. Douglas of Seligman, Mo.; and four grandchildren.

ROGERS -- Vesta Marie Williams, 83, of Rogers died Oct. 5, 1999, at St. Mary's Hospital in Rogers.
She was born Feb. 16, 1916, in Glade to John and Myrtle Rayon Turney. She was a homemaker and a life resident of Rogers.
She taught Sunday school for more than 50 years. She enjoyed needlework and gardening. She was preceded in death by her hussband, John Omer Williams.
Survivors include one son, Harold and Betty Williams of Shattuck, Okla.; one daughter, Ruth Latham of Washburn, Mo.; one brother, John Turney of Van Alstyne, Texas; five grandchildren; five great-grandchildren.
Graveside services will be at 2 p.m. Friday at Ruddick Cemetery with Dick L. Rogers officiating.
Memorials may be made to Calvary Temple Worship Center General Fund, 404 Highway 12, Bentonville, 72712.
Arrangements are by Rollins Funeral Home in Rogers.
