White River Current, Calico Rock, Arkansas, March 22, 1979:
Ray Lenox, 78 of Little Rock was laid to rest in the family plot at Palestine Cemetery on March 5, 1979 at 3:00 p.m. in a private service.
He was born in Missouri on August 30, 1900, the son of the late John W. and Tempa Collins Lenox, who lived several years in this area.
Surviving are two sisters, Elsie Fisher of Kansas City, Mo. and Eva Hayes of Calico Rock and several nieces and nephews.
Charles and Eva Hayes wish to express their sincere thanks to everyone connected with the service. The kindness and understanding of the people at the Howard Funeral Home was appreciated. A special thanks to Judge Arnold, who saw that the roads were worked so that we could get there.
