Loyd Hudspeth, age 73, of Perryville, died Thursday, December 17, 1987. He was born May 27, 1914 in Perryville, a son of Lewis David Hudspeth and Maggie Woods Hudspeth, a retired farmer and a member of the Perryville First Baptist Church.

Survivors are his wife, Hebe Neale Hudspeth of the home; one daughter, Laura Sue Hunnicutt, Albuquerque, NM; five brothers, Loran Hudspeth, Elgin, OR, Layton Hudspeth, Rover, Mike Hudspeth, Youngtown, AZ, Albert Hudspeth, Marysville, CA, Elbert Hudspeth, Doyle, CA; one sister, Loma Carlson, Elgin, OR; one step-brother, Stanley Carter, Perryville; one stepsister, Margaret Thompson; Little Rock; four grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.

Funeral services were Tuesday, Dec. 22 at Perryville First Baptist Church by Rev. Horace Gray and Rev. Pete Cragar. Burial was at Harper Cemetery by Harris Funeral Home of Perryville.
