Carolyn Jean Cowan, 60, of Rogers, died Sunday, March 11 at NW Medical Center in Bentonville.
She was born Jan. 21, 1952 at Wheaton, Mo. to Paul Edward Lee and Ruby Edrafaye Shaffer. She worked at the Bentonville PMDC. She enjoyed crocheting, T.V., church, spending time with her grandchildren and was a member of New Life Church in Pea Ridge. She is preceded in death by her father.
She is survived by her mother Ruby Canoy and husband David of Huntsville, Ar.; a son, Johnny Cowan and wife Teresa of Pea Ridge; two daughters, Jeanie Wagner of Pea Ridge, Kristal Smith and husband Larry of Pea Ridge; a brother, Johnny Lee and wife Glenis of Marionville, Mo.; ten grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
Graveside service is set for 10:00A.M. Wednesday, March 14 at Ruddick Cemetery with Pastor Lowell Sartin officiating. Arrangements are with Sisco Funeral Home in Pea Ridge. Visitation will be from 5-7p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home. Online condolences may be made at siscofuneralhome.net
