WANDA JUNE ERWIN, a resident of Green Forest, Arkansas, was born November 9, 1933 in Western Grove, Arkansas, a daughter of Dallas and Ruby (Ramey) Jones.
On June 20, 1964, June was united in marriage to Joe N. Erwin. Together they raised two daughters Patricia and Barbara. She had great love for her children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren. June also enjoyed the life of the farm. Daily she prided herself in helping Joe taking care of the cows, as well as, naming each of the animals. She was a loving wife and a wonderful companion, to whom Joe often referred to her being "his eyes." June and her husband Joe, attended the Assembly of God Church in Green Forest. She entered into the glory of her eternal life on Sunday, January 17, 2010 in Fayetteville, at the age of 76.
She is survived by her loving husband, daughters, Patricia Feldman of Harrison, AR, Barbara Walter of Sonora, CA; three brothers, Gene and Larry Jones of Harrison, AR, Wilbur Jones of Battlefield, MO; three sisters, Wilma Snow of Harrison, AR, Joyce Gilley of Fayetteville, AR and Betty Edy of Claremore, OK; five grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews; and a host of other family and friends.
She was preceded in death by her parents.
