FRANCES DELILAH GARNER, a resident of Berryville, Arkansas, born April 27, 1921 in Randolph County, Alabama, daughter of Roy and Flossie (Lovern) Butler. She departed this life February 14, 2012 at her home in Berryville, Arkansas at the age of 90 years.
She is survived by four daughters, Barbara and husband Lonnie Usrey of Carrollton, AR, Sandra and husband Bill Beeson, Frances and husband Sherman Ross and Charlene Elkins and Dana Jones, all of Berryville, AR; one son, Kenny Garner of Berryville, AR; ten grandchildren; seventeen great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandchild; three sisters, Jean Taylor, Elaine Cummings and Curtis and husband Curt South; two brothers, Paul and wife Dorothy Butler and Gerald and wife Carol Butler; a host of nieces, nephews and other family and friends.
She will be greatly missed. Mrs. Garner was homemaker for many years and then she and Charlie bought Garner's Drive In. She worked several years there before she retired. On March 31, 1944, Delilah was united in marriage with Charlie James Garner who preceded her in death; She is also preceded by her parents; one infant son, Charles Leroy Garner; and one great-grandson, Justin Kelley.
