Buster Allen Sayger, Jr., 40, of Crossett died Thursday, September 18, 2008, at the Ashley County Medical Center. A native of Brinkley, he was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Meade White, and his paternal grandfather, R.K. Sayger.
He is survived by four son, Cole Allen Sayger of Bastrop, LA, Ethan Cassidy Sayger and Richard Henry Sayger of Pioneer, LA, and Benjy Elbert Boyte of Mer Rouge, LA, two daughters, Aerial Noelle Sayger and Ashton Nicole Sayger, both of Crossett, his parents, Buster Allen and Alma White Sayger of Hamburg; four sisters, Paula and husband Keith Summerland of Hamburg, Loretta and husband Brandon Powell and Vickie and husband Dean Fairchild, all of Crossett, and Rosemary Sayger of Memphis, TN; and one grandson, Jason Alexander Sayge.
Funeral services were at 3 p.m. Saturday, September 20, North Crossett First Baptist Church with Bro. Robin Allen officiating. Pallbearers were George Courson, Downy Robinson, Mike White, John Gifford, David Rives, Audie McCollum, Justin Lande & David Quimby. Burial was at the Rolfe Chapel Cemetery with arrangements by Cromwell Funeral Home of Hamburg. See online guest book at www.cromwellfuneralhome.net.
