Clemmie Jane Mikus, 67, of Crossett died Thursday, February 13, 2003, at her residence. A lifelong resident of Ashley County, she was a cook for Beverly Healthcare of Crossett and a Baptist.Survivors include one daughter, Jacquelyn D. Johnson of Crossett; her mother, Lola Jeffers of Crossett; five grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her father, Edward "Doogan" Barnes; and two brothers, T. Roy Barnes and Jesse Barnes.Funeral services were held Sunday, February 16, at 2 p.m. at Rolfe Chapel Freewill Baptist Church with Rev. Carlton White officiating. Burial was at Rolfe Chapel Cemetery under the direction of Cromwell Funeral Home of Hamburg. Pallbearers were Gene Barnes, Ricky Barnes, Jessie Barnes, Chad Skinner, Brent Johnson and J.W. Bird.
