Wife of SC Crawford
April 19, 1857 - November 23, 1904
*Obituary
The Springdale News
Friday, December 23, 1904
CRAWFORD, Tabitha M. Alexander - Tabitha M. Alexander Crawford, wife of Samuel C. Crawford, was born in Morgan County, Mo. April 19, 1857, was united in matrimony Nov. 21, 1877 and departed this life November 23, 1904. To this union were born three children — one son and two daughters, to-wit: Luke, Mattie and little Vey who passed away some years ago. In the death of sister Crawford the husband loses a kind and loving companion, the children an affectionate and warm hearted mother, the church one of her brightest lights, of which she had lived an humble, faithful and pious member for about twelve years, being ever ready and helpful in the advancement of the Master's cause. Our honored and beloved sister will be greatly missed - not only in the home circle but in the church and community as well. Peace to her sleeping dust. Her Pastor.
