LOWELL - Efren Soto, 55, of Lowell, died Tuesday, Feb. 28, at Circle of Life Hospice. He was born Aug. 23, 1956, in Costa Rica and was the pastor of Iglesia Ciudad de Refugio y Restauracion in Lowell.
Funeral services will be 1 p.m. Saturday, March 3, at the church. Burial will be at Goad Springs Cemetery, under the direction of Heritage Funeral Home.
