Emma Louise Hervey was born in Morrilton, Arkansas on December 28, 1918. She departed this life on September 1, 2009.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Alfred & Donie Blackwell, daughter, Lula Mae Brockman, grandson, Bernard Brockman, her husband, Romie Hervey and two sisters, Ruby Gorman and Jewell Houmbert.
Survivors are brother, Virgil (Almeta) Blackwell of Damascus, AR, five grand children, eleven great-grandchildren, five great-great grandchildren and a host of relatives and friends.
