Springdale — Pfc. Jimmy Eubanks, 19, of Route 2, Lowell, died Dec. 25 at Beauford, S.C. He was a member of the U.S. Marine Corps, born July 6, 1948 at Huntsville the son of Jesse F. and Velma Curtis Eubanks.

Survivors in addition to the parents are one sister, Judy of the home; his maternal grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Alvus Curtis of Los Angeles, Calif. and his paternal grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. William Eubanks of Springdale.

Arrangements will be announced by Sisco Funeral Chapel.

Springdale - Jimmy Eubanks; 2 p.m. Friday at the Sisco Funeral Chapel with burial in Bluff Cemetery.

Jimmy and I went to school together. He was killed in a car wreck on base in Carolina on Christmas Day in 1967.
