SPRINGDALE - Blake Edward Spiker, 45 of Springdale died Dec. 3, 2009, at Washington Regional Medical Center in Fayetteville. He was born Sept. 20, 1964, in Pocatello, Idaho, to Clarence and Norine Rollison Spiker.
Survivors include his wife, Traci Spiker, of the home; four daughters, Shelby Spiker of Springdale, Amber Jackson of Hindsville, Ashton Jackson of Tontitown, Allison Jackson of Springdale; three brothers; three sisters and a grandson.
Funeral services will be 1 p.m. Tuesday at Berry Street Baptist Church in Springdale. Burial will be in the Wilson Cemetery.
Visitation will be from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. Monday at the Berry Street Baptist Church in Springdale.
