Doug A. Eoff, 29, of Fayetteville died Friday, Dec. 16, 2005, in Fayetteville. He was born June 29, 1976, in Fayetteville, the son of William Lonzo and Peggy Sue Holt Eoff. He was a member of First Baptist Church in Lowell. He was a Doctor of Pharmacy at Walgreen's in Springdale.
He was preceded in death by his twin brothers, Timmy and Lemmy Eoff.
Survivors include his wife, Heather Artman Eoff of the home, to whom he was married June 20, 2003; his father and mother, Lonzo and Peggy Eoff of Hindsville; one brother, Bill Eoff of Huntsville; one sister, Tammy Davis of Hindsville; three nieces, Amy and Emily Davis and London Eoff.
Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. Tuesday at First Baptist Church in Lowell with the Rev. Johnny Harp and the Rev. David Watson officiating. Burial will in Austin Cemetery.
Visitation will be from 1 to 4 p.m. today at Backstrom-Pyeatte Funeral Home in Springdale and from 6 until 8 p.m at First Baptist Church in Lowell with family present.
Pallbearers will be Roger Rozzel, Jamie Walker, Jason Watson, Floyd Watson, Wendall Ridenour and Roger Eoff. Honorary pallbearrs will be Bill Eoff and Gaylon Davis.
