*History: The Bond family set aside two acres of land for their family cemetery. Bond slaves were buried west of the fence and according to local reports, every time a slave was buried, a pine tree was planted at the grave site. Eloisa Emeline Bond planted thirteen red cedar trees, brought from Georgia, in the cemetery, eleven of which are still standing. Cemetery located on Old Monticello - Warren Road at the Wilmar Road intersection.
