Gordon Ward, age 85, of Casa died Friday, February 1, 2002. He was born April 17, 1916, in Bryant's Cove, Conway County, AR to the late Andrew J. and Mintie J. McElroy Ward. He was a farmer. He was preceded in death by his wife, Syble Pledger Ward and a brother A. J. Ward, Jr. Survivors include son and daughter-in-law, Bobby G and Charline Ward, Bryant's Cove; daughter and son-in-law, Cathy and Brownie Thomas of Dardanelle; sister, Helen Bustos of Fresno, CA; 5 grandchildren; 10 great grandchildren.
Pallbearers were Billy Ward, Phillip Ward, Kenneth Wells Billy Holmes, Mike Biggs Larry Collins.
