Jana Alane Anderson, age 45, of Calico Rock, Arkansas passed away Sunday, January 22, 2012 at Community Medical Center of Izard County. She was born July 28, 1966 in Fort Smith, Arkansas to Josh and Margaret June (Moody) Thompson.
Mrs. Anderson married David Anderson II July 31, 1996, in Mountain Home, Arkansas. She was a member of the Iuka Church of Christ. She was a bus driver and teacher's aide with the Norfork School system.
Mrs. Anderson is survived by her husband: David Anderson II, two daughters: Meggan June Sims and Cymantha Leanne Sims, two sisters: Jenay Mize and husband Kenneth and Jill Irby and husband Cory all of Calico Rock, Arkansas and a brother: Jay Thompson and wife Stacy of St. Louis, Missouri. She was preceded in death by her parents.
Funeral services will be 2:00 p.m. Wednesday, January 25, 2012 at the Norfork High School with Brother Noel Moore officiating. A visitation will be Tuesday from Noon until 9:00 p.m. with the family receiving friends from 6:00 – 8:00 p.m. at the Roller Funeral Home. Interment will be in the Moody Cemetery.
Memorial contributions may be made to the family.
Arrangements are by Roller Funeral Home.
