Mrs. Emma Wooten Donald, 81, of Lake Village died Monday, May 23, 2005, at the Chicot Memorial Hospital. Born July 31, 1923, in Floral, MS, to the late Jessie Steven and Tabatha Coats Wooten, she was a homemaker and a Baptist.
Survivors are two sons, Martin Donald of Lake Village and Greg Donald of Crossett; four daughters, Linda Donald Arnold and Marilyn Annette Talkington of Lake Village, Martha Elaine Harvey of Scottsdale, Arizona, and Claudette Marlene Rue of Montrose; two sisters, Mary Caldwell and Myrtle Lee Nowlen of Ripley, TN; twelve grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
Funeral services were at 2:30 p.m. Thursday, May 26, in the Bishop Funeral Home chapel in Lake Village with Revs. Ronnie Garrett and Mike Bell officiating. Burial followed services at the Holy Innocents Cemetery in Lake Village.
