John Edward Reavis was the son of John Edward Reavis, Sr. & Edith 'Edy" BECK Reavis. He was born 2 March 1842 in North Carolina and died 1 January 1894 at Boston, Madison County, Arkansas. John married Sarah Jane WHITAKER Reavis on 4 December 1859 in Davie County, North Carolina. Sarah died in 1909 and is buried at Hilltop Cemetery in Boone County, Arkansas. The grave of John E. Reavis is located in the pasture 3 miles north of Boston, Arkansas. Contact me for directions.
