HORSESHOE BEND – Justin Theodorous Debies, 37, died Friday, May 30, 2008, in Horseshoe Bend.
Born May 16, 1971, in New York, N.Y., he was the son of Amo and Fredricka Nelson Debies. He was raised by his maternal grandparents, Fred and Darlene Nelson, in Oxford. He attended and graduated from Izard County Consolidated High School.
Survivors include several uncles and aunts, including Paula and Dennis Langston of Norfork, Mike and Lori Nelson of Brooklyn, Iowa, and Jean DeHaan of Rotterdam; four cousins, Jessica Langston, Wade Nelson, Don Nelson and Jennifer Nelson; and a half-brother of Rotterdam.
He was preceded in death by his parents; and his maternal grandparents.
Graveside services will be held at a later date.
