Daughter of Leslie & Dorothy Gould Worth.

Marguerite “Peggy” Danus of Oxford, daughter of the late Leslie and Dorothy Gould Worth, was born July 12, 1926 in Wadsworth, Illinois. She died June 23, 2000 in Calico Rock. She was 73.
Mrs. Danus spent her life as a wife, mother, grandmother, and homemaker. During her working years, she was a school secretary. She was of the Christian faith.
Survivors include her loving companion, Charlie Pummill of the home; six daughters, Annette Schrader of Vernon Hills, Illinois; Marie Pennell of Flagstaff, Arizona; Louise Allen of Mesa, Arizona; Lynne Strand of Algoma, Wisconsin; Valerie Pummill of Zephyrhills, Florida; Marilynn Place of Land O’Lakes, Florida; four sons; Robert, Crovetti of San Diego, California; James Corvetti of Slinger, Wisconsin; Daniel Crovetti and David Crovetti both of Highwood, Illinois; three Sisters, Shirley Johnson of Benton, Kentucky; Barbara Dooper and Carol Richardson both of Zion, Illinois; one brother, William McClure of East Moline, Illinois; 17 grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by two husband, Louis Crovetti and John Danus; her parents; and two brothers, Bobby Worth and Norman Worth.
Graveside services were held June 27, 2000 at Oxford Cemetery with Bob Simonsick officiating. Pallbearers were Robert Crovetti, James Crovetti, Daniel Crovetti, David Crovetti, Ryan Schrader and Donald Place.
Arrangements were under the direction of Eddie’s Family Funeral Home of Salem.
