PROMINENT BURGIN VALLEY FARMER DEAD

George Osbourn, a native son of Benton county, died suddenly at his home in Burgin Valley Wednesday night, May 30, 1934, at the age of 62. He had been afflicted with heart disease for the past three years.

Funeral services, conduct by the Rev. T.F. Jones, were held at the Coffelt cemetery Thursday afternoon.

Mr. Osbourn was born in Bentonville Feb. 5, 1872. He was the son of F. and Jane Osbourn. He was married in Mason Valley October 29, 1904 to Miss Ella Burgin, a member of a family of early settlers in that community. They have lived at their present home for 30 years.

Besides his widow he is survived by a son John Osbourn and a grandson, all of the home.
