MRS. MAGGIE HURST
Funeral services for Mrs. Maggie Hurst, 76, who died at her home in Cartney Saturday night were held Tuesday at the Burnt school house with the Rev. Claude Crigler officiating.
Mrs. Hurst was born at Lone Rock September 2, 1871. She was the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Allen Horn, early settlers of this county. She was married to Robert Hurst and the mother of seven children. She had been a member of the Methodist church since early in life.
Survivors include her two sons, Ted Hurst and Ralph Hurst; two brothers, R. B. Horn and George Horn, a daughter, Mrs. Dora Gaither and sixteen grandchildren and four great grandchildren.
