William Elbert Goodman, aged 75, of Batesville died Sunday in his home. He was born at Mountain View, was a member of the Hutchinson Church of Christ and a veteran of World War I.
He is survived by one son, J. D. Goodman of Batesville; three brothers, Kay Goodman of Stockton, Calif, Jess Goodman of Bradford, and Homer Goodman of Floral, and two sisters, Mrs. Eva Posey of Mesa, Ari., and Mrs. Agnes Lee of Phoenix. Ari.
Funeral services will be Wednesday at 2 p.m. at the Hutchinson Church of Christ with Dean Fugett officiating. Burial will be in Palestine Cemetery at Hutchinson by Crouch Funeral Home.
