June 22, 1895 - March 3, 1968
Frank E. Blann, 72, of Hampton died Sunday afternoon in a local hospital following a long illness. Mr. Blann was born June 22, 1895 and was the son of the late Mr. and Mrs. W. C. (Buck) Blann of Hampton. Survivors include his widow, Mrs. Glenn Blann of Hampton; three daughters, Mrs. Ernest James of El Dorado, Mrs. Ed Rose of North Little Rock, and Mrs. Raymond Slocum of Little Rock; five sons, Woodrow Blann and Wayne Blann, both of Hampton, Earl Blann of New Orleans, James Blann of Marshall, Tex., and the Rev. Laron Blann of El Dorado; two stepsons, the Rev. Richard Bass of Fordyce and D. W. Bass of Little Rock; four sisters, Mrs. Zoie Stipsky of Stuttgart, Mrs. Qyuince Ethridge, Mrs. Autry Stringfellow and Mrs. Clifton Wright, all of Hampton; 18 grandchildren and two great grandchildren. He was a member of the Happy Home Assembly of God Church in Hampton. Funeral arrangements will be announced by Benton Funeral Home of Fordyce. The family will be at the Blann residence in Hampton.
