CLIFTY -- Lee Vanhook, 60, of Clifty died June 30, 2001, at St. Mary's Hospital in Rogers. He was born Aug. 16, 1940, near Rogers in Benton County to Leland P. and Juanita Belle Brammer Vanhook. He was a lifetime resident of the area and a Baptist. He was a farmer and heavy equipment operator and enjoyed hunting and fishing.
Survivors include his wife of 38 years, Della Vanhook of the home; one son, Randy Vanhook of Oklahoma City, Okla.; one daughter, Dwunna Canion of Clifty; two brothers, Paul Vanhook of Cave Springs and Steve Vanhook of Rogers; one sister, Lucy Sharp of War Eagle; two grandchildren.
No services are planned. Cremation by Rollins Funeral Home of Rogers.
Visitation will be from 5 to 7 p.m. Monday at the funeral home.
