Died May 10, 1999, Batesville, Independence County, Arkansas.
Daughter of Joe Frank & Mathilda Martin Garner.
Married William Henry Helm, July 18, 1925, Fulton County, Arkansas.

Earlene G. Helm of Melbourne, daughter of Joe Frank and Mathilda Martin Garner was born April 4, 1910 in Wideman. She died May 10, 1999 at Batesville. She was 89.
Mrs. Helm was a homemaker and a member of the Salem Church of Christ.
Survivors include one brother, Noel Garner of West Plains, Missouri; two sisters, Vernee Rowden of Salem; Ruby Pearson of Yakima, Washington and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband Henry Helm; her parents, and two sisters, Ethel Wyatt and Mildred Young.
Funeral services were held May 12, 1999 at Crouch Chapel with Reverend David Gibson officiating. Pallbearers were Joe Johnson, Jimmy Owens, James Dockins, Joe Dockins, Ronnie Helm and J. W. Helm.
Interment was in Oxford Cemetery under the direction of Crouch Funeral Home of Melbourne.
