Billy Joe Mozell, 47, of Crossett, died Monday. Funeral services will be held Thursday at 10 a.m. at the First Baptist Church in Crossett. Burial will be in Earnest Cemetery near Hampton under the direction of Proctors Funeral Home. Mr. Mizell was a member of the First Baptist Church in Crossett and was purchasing agent for Georgia Pacific. He was also a veteran of World War II and was born in Ouachita County. He is survived by his wife, Mrs. Jo Ann Russell Mizell; two daughters, Dianne Mizell of the University of Arkansas at Fayetteville and Pamela Mizell of the home, one brother, Harold Mizell, of Eagle Mills.
