The Calico Rock Progress, Calico Rock, Arkansas, October 17, 1941:
Death
Vera Mae, four-month-old daughter of Mr. and Mrs. C. A. Caldwell of Mena, died at the family home at that place Wednesday morning. The remains were brought to Oxford, where funeral services were held at 10 a.m. Interment was in Oxford Cemetery.
