CAVE SPRINGS — John Albert "Johnny" Everhart, 66, of Cave Springs, died Friday, July 22, 2011, at Circle of Life Hospice in Springdale. He was born Nov. 18, 1944, Springfield, Ill., to Able and Shirley Everhart.
Mr. Everhart was very active at the Springdale Senior Center and enjoyed watching wrestling, old westerns and listening to gospel music. He attended Lakeview Baptist Church in Cave Springs.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Diana Everhart.
He is survived by a sister, Beatrice Maria Smith and husband, Craig, of Cave Springs; and several nieces and nephews. including Teresa Hale of Boulder, Colo., Steven Moore of Lowell, Lisa Mason of Elm Springs, Tony Moore of Centerton and Angela Troke of Bellaire, Fla.
Funeral services will be 2 p.m. Saturday, July 30, at Heritage Funeral Home Chapel in Springdale, with Pastor Johnny Harp officiating. Burial will be at Cave Springs Cemetery.
Visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m. Friday at the funeral home.
