Jimmy Lynn Everett, son of Armilda Sherrill Everett of Oxford and the late James Richard Everett was born July 27, 1954 in Yakima, Washington. He died November 13, 1998 in West Plains, Missouri. He was 44.

Mr. Everett spent most of his life as a self employed musician. He was a devoted father and a good friend. He was of the Church of Christ faith.

Survivors include his mother of the home; two daughters, and sons-in-law, Stephanie and Sean Heidelburg of Searcy and Danielle and James Brashears of Searcy and two granddaughters, Abby and Lacey Heidelburg of Searcy. He was preceded in death by his father, James Everett and one brother, Richie Everett.

Funeral services were held November 15, 1998 at the Roman and Billy Memorial Chapel in Melbourne with Joh Hodges officiating.

Pallbearers were Eddie Howard, David Lynn Jones, Chuck Young, Michael Joe French, Jerry Bone. Honorary pallbearers were Jerry Moss, Joe Young, Randy Sherrell, David Pratt and Robbie Springfield.

Interment was at Oxford Cemetery under the direction of Eddie’s Family Funeral Home in Melbourne.
