Frank D. Hawkins
GRAVETTE — Frank D. Hawkins, 66, of Gravette died Nov. 26, 1999, in Amarillo, Texas. He was born Jan. 10, 1933, in Mayflower to William Logan and Gracie Gertrude Brannon Hawkins. He was an Army veteran of the Korean War and had lived in the Gravette area since moving here from California in 1990. He was retired from the Benton County Road Department. He was a member of the American Legion and attended the Full Gospel Pentecostal Church in Centerton.
Survivers include his wife, Opal Hawkins of the home; three daughters, Alicia Christensen of Lake Elsinore, Calif., Pamela Thompson of Redlands, Calif., and Cynthia Hawkins of San Bernadino, Calif.; six brothers, Carl Hawkins of Bentonville, Robert Hawkins and Thomas James Hawkins, both of Apple Valley, Calif., James Carol Hawkins of Kingman, Ariz., Larry Hawkins of Lakewood, Calif., and Kenneth Hawkins of Ontario, Calif.; one sister, Peggy Berg of Fontana, Calif.; six grandchildren.
Services will be at 2 p.m. Tuesday at Lakeview Baptist Church in Cave Springs with the Rev. Pat Robinson officiating.
Visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m. today at Rollins Funeral Home of Rogers.
