Mary Lee Easter of Brockwell, daughter of the late Olin Fred and Mary Alma Burns Taylor was born September 1, 1931 at Oxford. She died November 2, 2002 at the Baxter Regional Medical Center in Mountain Home. She was 71 years old.

Mrs Easter was a homemaker and of the Baptist faith.

Survivors include two sons, James Easter of Pine Bluff and Jeff Easter of Brockwell; one daughter, Sheila Greenhaw of Mountain View; two sisters, Ann Hargis of Melbourne and Coraine Taylor of Brockwell; seven grandchildren and one great-grandchild; several nieces and nephews and a host of other relatives and friends. She is preceded in death by her parents; her husband, John Easter; two brothers, Tommy Taylor and Fred Olin Taylor; two sisters, Bernice Dodson and Ammdell Taylor and one son Ronnie Clements.

Graveside services were held November 4, 2002 at the Oxford Cemetery in Oxford with Brother Doyne Robertson officiating. Arrangements were by Howard Funeral Home in Melbourne.
