Jerry Quinton Revels, age 66, a resident of Glenwood, died of a sudden illness on February 1, 2007 in the St. Joseph's Hospital in Hot Springs, Arkansas.
He was born in Lockesburg, Arkansas to Thomas Edwin (Buddy) and Lora Mae Revels. He served in the National Guard, was a member of the First Baptist Church and was a Mason. Mr Revels was preceded in death by his parents and one sister, Shirley Holder.
He leaves behind his wife of 41 years, Sandra Revels; one daughter, Traci Mounts of Glenwood; and one son, Quinn Revels of Magnet Cove; his four grandchildren, Jack Brown, Eric Brown, Quinton Revels, and Summer Revels; his stepmother, Ellen Revels; three sisters, Brenda Brackett, Sarah (Sadie) Yates, and Judy Ford; one brother, Gary Revels; and a number of friends and relatives.
